




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support engineer with experience in Windows, networking, and mobile devices to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as a technical support engineer or similar role 2. Proficiency in Windows/Windows Server environments and networking 3. Ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues · Demonstrable work experience as a technical support engineer, maintenance engineer, IT support technician, or similar position · Practical experience with Windows/Windows Server environments, VPNs, closed-circuit systems, remote access links, networking, and switches · Solid knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products · Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues · Familiarity with remote desktop applications and technical support software · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills · Ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and oral **SALARY:** **$13,500.00 MONTHLY GROSS (BEFORE TAXES)** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Sunday: FIXED DAY OFF Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
