By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms—because the best work happens when people are free to be themselves and share their unique expertise. ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role?** * Resolve fit, form, and function issues related to assembly components—as well as repairs performed during Bombardier Aerospace product manufacturing. * Identify solutions for any structural or system-related assembly issues, ensuring proper reporting and documentation for rapid and efficient resolution. * Provide repairs in compliance with Engineering specifications, design concepts, and design integrity—and sign/authorize such repairs on behalf of the Engineering department. * Collaborate cross-functionally with all engineering disciplines—including liaison engineering, design, stress analysis, materials and processes, aerodynamics, systems, and others as required—to resolve or coordinate reported issues. * Support production, logistics, and quality teams throughout problem resolution and provide corrective actions involving the Engineering department. * Interpret engineering drawings and support newly hired employees. * Lead technical support for operations, methods, and quality. * Deliver training and feedback to team members outside the MRB community—and to non-specialized MRB members. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Respond to internal and external customer requirements. * Interact with external stakeholders on commercial matters. ### **How to Thrive in This Role?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an MRB engineer—or six (6) years of aerospace design experience. * In-depth knowledge of aircraft structure and technical expertise in system installation. * Experience with aircraft electrical systems. * Energetic individual with excellent communication skills, strong commitment, and willingness to assume responsibility while interacting in high-pressure environments with customers/suppliers. * Prior mentoring experience—in both liaison engineering and problem-solving contexts. * Extensive proficiency in CATIA V5. * Flexibility and ability to work autonomously under pressure. * Recognized for sound technical judgment and practical approach. **Now that you see yourself in this role, submit your application and join the Bombardier team!** Note: It is not necessary to possess *all* the listed skills, knowledge, and experience to apply for this position.
