By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when one is free to be themselves and share their unique experience. #### **Our Benefits** With employee well-being as our priority, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including the following: * Insurance *(Dental, medical, life, disability, and more)* * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role?** * Solve problems related to fit, form, and function of assembly components, as well as repairs performed during manufacturing of Bombardier Aerospace products. * Identify solutions for any issues related to assembly structure and/or its systems, properly reporting and documenting them to ensure rapid and efficient resolution. * Perform repairs in compliance with Engineering specifications, design concepts, and integrity, and sign/authorize such repairs on behalf of the Engineering department. * Collaborate with all Engineering disciplines—including Liaison Engineering, Design, Stress Analysis, Materials & Processes, Aerodynamics, Systems, and others as required—to resolve or coordinate reported issues. * Support Production Line, Logistics, and Quality in problem resolution processes and provide corrective actions involving the Engineering department. * Interpret Engineering drawings and support new hires. * Lead technical support to operations, methods, and quality. * Provide training and feedback to team members outside the MRB community and to non-specialized MRB members. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Respond to internal and external customer requirements. * Interact with external collaborators on commercial matters. ### **How to Thrive in This Role?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, or related field. * Minimum five (5) years of experience as an MRB or six (6) years of aerospace design experience. * Excellent knowledge of aircraft structure and technical knowledge of system installation. * Experience with aircraft electrical systems. * Energetic individual with excellent communication skills, strong sense of commitment, and willingness to assume responsibilities while interacting in a high-pressure environment with customers/suppliers. * Prior experience as a mentor both in the Liaison Engineering environment and in problem-solving. * Extensive knowledge of CATIA V5. * Flexible and capable of working autonomously under pressure. * Recognized for sound technical judgment and practical approach. **Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply—and join the Bombardier team!** Note: It is not necessary to possess *all* the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
