If you are passionate about preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and related systems... **We have a place for you!** **\*\*Level 2 Operational Support Technician \*\*** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed technical degree; diploma required. / Bachelor's degree (internship status acceptable) in Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Solid knowledge in the field. * Familiarity with ticketing tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle on-site service orders for requests or incidents registered at the service desk. * Perform functional testing of hardware or software components that may exhibit failures causing operational interruption of equipment, in order to issue the corresponding technical diagnosis. * Ensure compliance with service level agreements. * Document solutions for requests and incidents, and compile evidence of the support provided. **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork and collaboration. * Problem solving. * Innovation. * Excellent customer service. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $12,700 * Statutory benefits from day one. * 31-day year-end bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Special paid leave. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. ***Willingness to travel across various locations in Mexico City (CDMX) is essential.*** **If you meet the profile and are interested in this position, please apply through this channel.** *In this organization, we foster a discrimination-free environment.
