We are looking for: Information Technology Support Engineer What would you do? * Provide technical support for internal customers’ IT services and infrastructure; monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities; supply necessary equipment and spare parts; maintain computer equipment inventory; monitor various technologies deployed by the company; and other related duties. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role. * Education: Technical high school diploma in systems or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field in Information Technologies — completed or incomplete. * Technical English preferred * Motivation to develop your career * Commitment to your work Schedule: * Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexible scheduling is essential, including occasional weekend availability.
