Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Specialist to ensure the availability, security, and optimal performance of Knotion's technological infrastructure, providing technical support and administration. Key Highlights: 1. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for technological infrastructure. 2. Configure and administer networks and servers. 3. Manage access devices, CCTV systems, switches, and printers. We are looking for an **IT Specialist** to ensure the availability, security, and optimal performance of Knotion's technological infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide **Level 1 and Level 2** support for technological infrastructure. * Configure, diagnose, and repair Windows and Apple devices. * Configure and administer networks and servers. * Manage access devices, CCTV systems, switches, and printers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies and Communications (TICs), or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Logical thinking and attention to detail. * Communication skills. * Teamwork. * Proactivity.
