The selected candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, ensuring the proper operation of computer equipment, networks, and communication systems, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, peripherals, and telephony. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. * Data backup and system reinstallation on obsolete equipment. * Configuration of email accounts. * Prompt and courteous response to service requests, prioritizing based on urgency. * Communication with internal users for clarifications and delivery of reports. * Coordination with service providers for quotations and follow-up. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (Technical Degree in Computer Science preferred). * **Age:** 20 to 45 years old. * **Experience:** Minimum 12 months of experience in technical support preferred. **Technical Knowledge** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Software and network installation and configuration. * Basic handling of peripherals and communication systems. **Competencies** * Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Consistency and adherence to standards. * Honesty, respect, responsibility, commitment, and customer orientation.
