




Position Summary: Human Resources Coordinator responsible for comprehensive personnel management, from personnel file control to organizational development and improvement of the work climate. Evaluation and Maintenance of a Suitable Work Climate **HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATION** **Requirements** ***Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Psychology; knowledge of Organizational Development or related fields is desirable. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position. ***Responsibilities:*** Personnel file control and registration of hires, terminations, attendance, tardiness, absenteeism, etc. Employee conflict resolution and support. Conducting onboarding for new employees. Control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory. Optimal and timely procurement of HR supplies. Oversight of Safety–Hygiene and Cleaning department activities. Dissemination of Safety and Hygiene policies. Organizational communication and policy dissemination. Fostering a sense of organizational belonging in the workplace. Coordination of internal and external training programs. Development of job descriptions and KPIs. Recruitment and selection of personnel. Implementation of Organizational Development practices. Career planning and compensation management. Promotion of team integration activities and implementation of company values among staff. Evaluation and maintenance of an appropriate work climate. Dissemination and enforcement of the Internal Work Regulations.
