Job stability in a role where organization and precision make the difference **We are looking for your talent as an ACCOUNTANT!** Base salary of **$20,000 per month** \+ statutory benefits Work modality: **On-site** \| Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco We are seeking an **Accountant** with experience in general accounting, highly detail-oriented and proactive, to join our team to manage internal accounting and support administrative functions. **Main Responsibilities:** **Accounting and Administration** * Manage full internal accounting control. * Handle accounts payable, schedule and execute payments. * Issue checks and perform bank reconciliations. * Administer and manage petty cash. * Compile and submit timely accounting information. * Support preparation of administrative reports and documentation control. * Track attendance, late arrivals, and overtime hours. * Assist in payroll incident administration. * Organize and update employee personnel files. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in general accounting (minimum 1\-2 years). * Advanced Excel skills or strong proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, filters, etc.). * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook). * Organized, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and compliance orientation. * Immediate or short-term availability. * Collaborative and responsible attitude. **We Offer:** * Fixed monthly salary of **$20,000**. * Full statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium). * Fixed and stable schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM\-5:00 PM\). * Positive work environment and company with solid structure. * Growth opportunity within a strong team.
