Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Computer Systems Technician to troubleshoot network and voice issues, perform maintenance, resolve problems on-site, and provide customer support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Troubleshooting of Layer 3, Layer 2, Voice, and ONT-related issues 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance, and resolution of network problems 3. Fieldwork for customer support and servers Company with over 10 years of experience providing residential and industrial installation services to public and private sectors. Position Sought: Field Computer Systems Technician Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Degree preferred) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, or as On-Site/Field Technical Support Engineer with experience in Microwave (MW) and GPON technologies * Minimum 2 years of experience * Ability to ride a motorcycle (standard transmission) * Valid driver’s license Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot Layer 3 and Layer 2 issues, and Voice-related issues * Troubleshoot issues involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer support * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Server management * Firmware/image loading * Network problem resolution * Fieldwork We Offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Sunday schedule with one rotating day off per week Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
