Position Sought: Field Computer Systems Technician Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Preferably certified) * Experience as a Routing and Switching and IP Telephony Engineer, On-site or Field Technical Support Engineer with experience in MW and GPON * 2 years of experience * Own motorcycle * Personal laptop * Valid driver’s license Responsibilities: * Handle Layer 3 and Layer 2 failures, as well as voice-related issues * Address failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer service * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Firmware/image loading * Network troubleshooting * Field work We Offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
