Analyzes risks and makes technical decisions to ensure continuity of work. **ELECTRICAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** JOB OBJECTIVE Coordinate and supervise the execution of electrical work in the field, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, productivity, project schedule, and current regulations, through effective management of operational personnel and allocated resources. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** · Coordinate and supervise field execution of projects according to established planning. · Manage and lead the operational team (electricians and assistants). · Monitor productivity and identify operational deviations, implementing corrective actions. · Make technical and operational decisions to guarantee continuity of work. · Review material requirements and prepare material lists. · Develop, update, and monitor work plans, action plans, and schedules. · Conduct electrical and operational risk analyses prior to activity execution. **JOB PROFILE** Education: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
