Freedom to develop innovative, high-impact content **Job Description:** We are looking for an exceptionally creative, strategic, and sales-focused individual to lead digital content for two business lines: * GRUPO MÉDICO AG (GMAG) → focus on branches and patient acquisition * Nature by GMAG (E\-commerce) → focus on online sales You will be responsible for creating high-quality organic and paid content, building community, and converting that content into real outcomes (sales and patients). **Responsibilities:** * Create creative, original, and differentiated organic and paid content for both brands * Develop ideas that position GMAG and grow Nature by GMAG * Manage and optimize campaigns to ensure conversion focus * Ensure all content (organic and ads) is visually appealing, impactful, and sales-driven * Generate content that drives foot traffic to branches (GMAG) and sales to the e\-commerce platform * Adapt messaging according to each brand’s identity (medical service vs. online retail) * Identify trends and creatively adapt them to both brands * Create content that not only looks great but also drives engagement and purchases * Build active communities for both brands * Consistently propose new ideas for digital growth and sales **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Highly creative individual with unconventional ideas * Passion for creating aesthetically pleasing, original, and purposeful content * Sales-oriented mindset (not just engagement-focused) * Ability to tailor content for two distinct business models * Proactivity, initiative, and strategic thinking * Interest in or familiarity with artificial intelligence tools * Sensitivity to trends, aesthetics, and branding **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Commissions based on generated sales (especially for e\-commerce) * Growth opportunity within two expanding brands * Space to propose, create, and execute new ideas * Dynamic, creative, and results-oriented environment * Freedom to develop innovative, high-impact content * Direct involvement in brand growth and sales performance **Job Objective:** Grow both brands digitally, build community, and convert that growth into more patients for GMAG and more sales for Nature by GMAG. **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM** Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
