




Job Summary: A professional responsible for continuous improvement, road safety, IT systems management, and organizational training. Key Highlights: 1. Designs and implements road safety and asset security programs **Main Responsibilities:** * Understand short- and long-term goals to guide the company toward required improvements. * Train other departments in developing and updating their organizational manuals and process mapping. * Audit whether each organizational member understands their position, responsibilities, and required competencies to perform efficiently. * Promote and monitor continuous improvement circles within each department to meet efficiency and improvement targets. * Coordinate with IT system, satellite tracking, and telemetry providers to implement the company’s cybersecurity protocols. * Assign and safeguard computer equipment and peripherals. * Conduct physical inventory of computer equipment and peripherals. * Identify the company’s IT needs and resolve them using internal resources or third parties. * Train all personnel who use the company’s systems. * Issue cybersecurity protocols. * Control access to the information system. * Handle user requests. * Manage data backups and user accounts. * Monitor surveillance cameras. * Design reports to facilitate decision-making in relevant company areas. * Install antivirus software. * Restrict access to social media websites (except for recruitment purposes). * Address hardware maintenance needs. * Provide technical support to users in the monitoring department. * Audit GPS systems (functionality, operational equipment). * Manage internet service procurement. * Review functionality of the company’s system against business needs (payroll processing, GPS synchronization). * Ensure IT system functionality regarding fuel management. * Establish standards, policies, protocols, and procedures that TRANAVI must comply with, considering the following factors per ISO 39001: * Human Factor * Vehicle Factor * Road Factor * Organizational Factor * Audit whether other departments comply with authorized preventive procedures. * Analyze and assess drivers’ road safety behavior to notify the Operations Department and proceed with promotion, recognition, warning, sanction, or termination. * Lead training programs for administrative staff and drivers on road and asset safety prevention. * Generate KPIs related to safety. * Design and execute safety campaigns. * Provide technical opinions on technologies enhancing road and asset safety. * Inform and train drivers and administrative staff on the integration of new technologies. * Select electronic and mechanical devices to equip each company facility with security measures according to specific needs, such as: * Alarms * Sensors * Cameras * Electromagnetic locks **Requirements** Knowledge in: 1.
