Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Safety Auditor to join a dynamic team, starting as a trainee auditor and progressing to become part of the audit team, performing diverse audit activities and collaboration. Possibility to work in a hybrid environment involving travel. **Job Requirements:** * University degree focused on food safety. * Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in the food industry. * 4 completed audits of quality management systems or business processes. Acceptable audits are those conducted in accordance with ISO 19011 standard on quality systems based on the following standards: ISO 9000, ISO 17000, EN 45000, QS 9000, HACCP, PECAL, ISO/TS, FSSC 22000, as well as other internationally recognized similar standards. **(Desirable)** * Knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques. * Knowledge of specific management system standards/documents (FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000). * Knowledge of the Quality Infrastructure Law "L.I.C." **(Desirable)** * Regulation of the Federal Law on Metrology and Standardization. **(Desirable)** * Applicable mandatory and informative IAF documents. **(Desirable)** * Appropriate language skills for all levels within the client organization. * Skills in note-taking and report writing. * Interviewing skills. * Audit management skills. * Customer service attitude. * Knowledge of information technologies. * Soft skills **(Desirable)** * English **(Desirable)** * **Willingness and availability to travel** **Responsibilities:** Initial job details as a trainee auditor, with the following responsibilities: * Complete internal auditor training. * Perform assigned audit activities. * Collaborate with the audit team. * Support sampling activities. * Assist in preparing checklists. * Report any incidents to the assigned supervising auditor. * Duration until completion of at least 10 audit days (5 audits) per category or sector.
