Senior Services Engineer \| Industrial Plant \| Maintenance and Operations **Job Description:** An industrial sector company is seeking a **Services Engineer** with solid experience in managing plant service maintenance and operations, focused on ensuring operational continuity and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and administer plant maintenance programs * Ensure proper execution of preventive maintenance and scheduled shutdowns * Plan, organize, and control periodic services according to operational requirements * Define technical specifications and scopes for service and equipment quotations * Manage purchase requisitions and track them through to invoicing * Supervise critical plant services and ensure their proper operation * Manage and supervise unionized personnel **Requirements:** * Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or related), with official degree certificate and professional license mandatory * Minimum 5 years’ experience in plant maintenance and personnel management * Intermediate\-advanced English (B2) * Knowledge of: * Plant services: steam, chilled water, compressed air, gas, and electrical power * Equipment maintenance and operation systems * Pest control, industrial cleaning, and general services * Motors, calibration, and fire protection systems * Leadership, organization, and results\-oriented approach **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $38,500 * Statutory benefits and above\-standard benefits * Job stability * Professional development **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Flexible working hours **Location:** * Industrial plant Salary: Starting from $38,500\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site employment
