Stability We seek a **General Assistant** with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and experience in industrial environments, capable of supporting the company’s various operational areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support welding operations using electrodes 6013 and 6018 (SMAW process) * Assist in sheet metal services and preparation of metal structures * Support crane and lifting equipment operations * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery * Cut, grind, and prepare materials * Support industrial machining and component repair * Handle and connect hoses and basic hydraulic connections * Provide general support in the workshop and field as required **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities within an industrial environment specializing in welding * Knowledge of electric arc welding (electrodes 6013 and 6018\) * Proficiency in using hand and power tools (grinder, drill, etc.) * Basic understanding of sheet metal work, industrial machinery, or cranes (preferred) * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork * Flexible availability for scheduling **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Stability and growth opportunities within the company * Positive work environment in an established and expanding company Salary: $2,000\.00 \- $3,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
