Join Our Team!!! **Requirements:** Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Age: 25 years or older. Valid driver’s license. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years working in technical support. * Office 365, Servers, Linux, Windows 10, Networking, Structured Cabling. **Knowledge:** * Providing technical support to headquarters and branch office staff. * Installing and configuring computer equipment. * Performing optimal equipment maintenance to ensure seamless business processes. * Installing structured cabling. * Maintaining communication networks. * Installing Office software, Windows (XP and later versions). * Configuring email accounts on Exchange and POP. * Backing up email accounts into PST files. * Configuring Office 365 accounts (via Office 365 Control Panel). * Installing antivirus software. * Configuring video conferencing applications (Zoom, Meet, Teams). **Competencies:** * Strong sense of urgency. * Teamwork. * Analytical thinking. * Organized. * Willingness to work under pressure. * Ability to analyze and synthesize information. * Flexible availability. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (mixed compensation). * Statutory benefits.
