We are looking for a proactive and dynamic salesperson to join our team and help expand our market presence. **Requirements:** * Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree * Experience in consultative sales, preferably in the optical sector, medical equipment, or similar products * Strong verbal communication skills, persuasive abilities, and capacity to effectively convey the advantages of our products * Self-management, results-oriented mindset, and ability to meet and exceed targets * Excellent customer service, with customer satisfaction as your primary objective * Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools such as Microsoft Office and video conferencing platforms * Personal vehicle and personal computer to conduct visits and manage tasks efficiently * Professional appearance reflecting the company’s and product’s identity **What You’ll Do:** * Conduct in-person visits to optical stores, clinics, and local and international distributors to present and sell our eyeglass frames * Present our product portfolio using a sample case, demonstrating quality and variety to customers * Negotiate commercial terms with prospects and clients to ensure successful sales closures * Manage and follow up on your customer portfolio, providing after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty * Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to company growth * Use CRM to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage the sales cycle * Prepare sales reports and performance indicators to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities * Conduct both in-person and virtual visits via video calls to maintain long-term customer relationships **What We Offer:** * Base salary of $15,000 net (hiring under RESICO scheme) * Weekly per diem of $800 (receipt-based) for visits * Attractive commissions based on target achievement and sales volume * A dynamic work environment with opportunity for growth within the company * Continuous training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge * Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a personal vehicle? * Do you have experience selling eyeglass frames or similar products? * For this position, hiring will be conducted under the RESICO scheme.
