We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our in-store and operational team. You will play a key role in engaging with our customers and ensuring flawless logistics for our products (telescopes, microscopes, binoculars). **?? Work Location:** Colonia Tezozomoc, Azcapotzalco (Near Aquiles Serdán Metro Station). **?? Salary:** $10,000 to $12,000 MXN Net Monthly. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Multichannel Sales:** Customer service on the sales floor (Showroom) and follow-up on sales through our digital channels (our own E-commerce platform, Mercado Libre, and Amazon). * **Warehouse Management:** Inventory control, goods receipt (inbound) and order preparation (outbound/packaging). * **Content Creation:** Occasional on-camera support for product demonstrations on social media (Reels, TikToks, Stories). \* **Candidate Profile We Seek:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in general sales, customer service, or administrative/warehouse support. * **Technical Skills:** * Proficient computer skills (Mandatory). * Basic Excel (tables, data management). * **Location:** Must reside near the work area (Azcapotzalco / Tezozomoc) to ensure quality of life and punctuality. **? Bonus Points (Desirable but not mandatory):** * Experience using ERPs or management systems (Odoo, Bind, Venti App). * Familiarity with Seller platforms (Amazon Seller Central or Mercado Libre). * **The Big Plus!:** Genuine interest in **astronomy, science, or technology.** **Employment Offer:** * Salary: $10,000–$12,000 MXN (net) per month. * Timely payments. * Job stability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. * Saturdays (only 2 per month): 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.
