Multinational optical fiber manufacturing company seeks Quality Inspector Objective: Inspection and validation of finished products, inspecting structural dimensions, appearance, and product performance. Knowledge: Optical fiber principles (desirable) Knowledge of quality regulations (desirable) Document and report management Visual inspection techniques Non-conforming product handling (desirable) Office suite Skills: Attention to detail Equipment and tool handling Data analysis Problem solving Effective communication Organization and time management Critical thinking Manual dexterity Activities: Verify that materials used in the production and assembly of optical fiber cables comply with internal standards and customer specifications Perform inspection tests (insertion loss and return loss, geometry, end-face, etc.) and other technical parameters to ensure optimal cable and connection performance Inspect connector and termination quality to ensure correct data transmission without loss or interference 1.
