What superpowers are we looking for? * Training as an Optometry Technician or Bachelor in Optometry * Experience conducting vision exams * Proficiency in handling optical equipment * Excellent customer service attitude * Enthusiasm for teamwork * Availability Monday through Sunday, with 2 weekdays off * Work schedule aligned with shopping mall hours. What will be your mission? * Perform vision exams for our customers * Advise our customers in selecting their frames * Follow up on warranties * Register prescriptions and sales orders in our system * Collaborate in general activities of our store Our offer to you includes… * Base salary: $12,000 gross per month \+ monthly bonus: $1,000 (starting from your first month) Statutory and enhanced benefits, effective from Day 1: * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Christmas bonus: 15 days' salary * Vacation entitlement starting from the 3rd month.
