**General Summary** Ensures compliance with processes and procedures implemented in production areas through inspection and audits of processes, products, and quality systems, with the objective of ensuring conformity in the manufacturing of assembled products. **Education and Experience Required** * High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, with 3 years of related experience as a Quality Control Inspector. * Experience and/or knowledge of products and manufacturing operations (preferred). **Required Competencies** * Must possess practical knowledge of ISO9001/TL9000 quality system requirements. * Basic SAP system proficiency (knowledge of the Quality Management (QM) module is desirable). * Application of AQL sampling tables. * Support and participation in quality system audits. * Basic use of Microsoft Office applications for developing inspection reports. * Basic English (for reading and correctly interpreting drawings, quality criteria, and product specifications). * Communication skills, teamwork, and proactivity. * Knowledge of and ability to apply quality procedures and work instructions. * Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, Eight Disciplines, Pareto, etc.). * Adherence to the organization’s ethics, conduct, and values policies. * Proficiency in basic measurement instruments (calipers, tape measure, micrometers, optical inspection equipment, etc., desirable) and metrology training.
