Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise pharmacy operations, ensuring achievement of sales targets and efficient management of personnel and resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages pharmacy personnel and operations to achieve objectives. 2. Analyzes sales indicators and prepares detailed reports. 3. Ensures the proper use and administration of assets and valuables. FARMACIAS DEL AHORRO Seeks: PHARMACY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing) KNOWLEDGE: * Pharmacy * Point-of-sale systems * Basic accounting * Customer service * Inventory management and administration Key Activities: * Communicate objectives to staff. * Analyze sales indicators and their progress percentages. * Prepare daily sales reports as well as daily, weekly, biweekly, or ad-hoc reporting checklists. * Liaise with relevant authorities for audits, routine visits, or legal process notifications. * Update pharmacy activity control folders. * Ensure the proper use and administration of both valuables and branch assets by implementing established service processes, protocols, and current policies. * Deliver valuables in accordance with current regulatory policies and procedures. * Talent Management * Register new branch employees in the system. * Ensure subordinates comply with the internal work regulations, internal policies, legal guidelines, and service protocols. * Evaluate subordinates’ performance, provide feedback, and train them in areas requiring improvement * To deliver better customer service. * Motivate staff by explaining the benefits of increasing sales. * Ensure all pharmacy employees understand their responsibilities and tasks and have the necessary supplies * To perform their daily functions. * Ensure training for newly hired personnel. * Foster a productive and pleasant work environment grounded in compliance, order, and cleanliness.
