In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the industrial cafeteria, ensuring quality food is provided and high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the food industry and in supervising work teams. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate kitchen and cafeteria service team activities. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations in food preparation and distribution. * Coordinate and schedule staff shifts, maintaining effective and motivating communication. * Effectively communicate rules and regulations to staff. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in personnel supervision. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.). * Internal customer orientation, providing quality service. * Completed bachelor's degree. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Cafeteria service.
