(Assessed) * Excellent personal presentation and strong spelling skills. * Availability to travel from Monday to Saturday * Familiarity with the city of Puebla and surrounding areas (main streets and avenues) * Proficiency with laptop, smartphone, and apps such as Google Maps, Waze, Uber. * Experience in cash handling and bank transfers Main Responsibilities: * Quotations and purchases * Expense verification and invoicing * Administrative procedures with various government agencies * Filing of guarantees and insurance policies (Dropbox, Evernote) * Bank deposits, transfers, cash payments, and payroll disbursements * Purchasing of supplies (stationery, spare parts, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) * Procurement and contract follow-up for various services * Real estate service procurement * Maintenance and fee payment schedule * Highly organized and efficient calendar management * Periodic inventory counting * Administrative system operation * Weekly cash reconciliation * Scheduling medical appointments or meetings.
