The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring effective information flow and communication within the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Office Management: Maintain order and efficiency in workspaces, including office supply management and basic equipment maintenance. . Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and transcribing documents. . Communication: Answer and screen telephone calls, manage email correspondence, and coordinate internal and external mail. . Meeting and Event Organization: Schedule and prepare meetings, including room reservations, material preparation, and note-taking when required. . Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage calendars for executives or assigned team members. . Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter and update information in databases and internal systems. . General Support: Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure achievement of company objectives. Other Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (knowledge of additional languages is an asset). High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proactivity and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
