




**POSITION OBJECTIVE** Provide administrative and operational support to the production and human resources departments by recording, controlling, and managing documentation, purchase requisitions, reports, and employee attendance, ensuring efficient information flow between different departments. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record employee attendance (check-in and check-out). * Send attendance reports to Human Resources. * Scan and send material requisition forms to purchasing, warehouse, or tool departments. * Request quotations or invoices for materials, spare parts, or services. * Prepare material requisitions (sheet metal, CO₂, etc.) according to department needs. * Follow up on requests, defective or incorrect material reports. * Send loan vouchers, vacation requests, permits, and justifications to HR. * Request and verify external services (water, gas, etc.). * Submit machine downtime incidents and time reports. * Distribute payroll information to respective departments. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree in administration or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administrative and operational support roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * ERP system experience (preferably ODDO). * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Desired: Knowledge in requisition control or inventory management. **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Bimonthly grocery allowance. * Job stability. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM **If you meet the requirements, don't hesitate to apply—We are your best choice.** Job type: Indefinite term Salary: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
