Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities in compliance with safety and production standards. Failure analysis and proposal of corrective actions We require a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for performing and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities, as well as compliance with safety and production standards. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Ensure machinery availability and reliability. * Respond to failures, production stoppages, and technical emergencies. * Analyze root causes of failures and propose corrective actions. * Monitor usage of spare parts, tools, and consumables. * Coordinate external maintenance service providers and contractors. * Prepare technical and maintenance reports. **Requirements:** **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance. **Schedule Availability:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, plus 24-hour emergency response.
