Requirements: \* Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in recruitment and selection roles, payroll processing. \* Knowledge of HR indicators \* Experience recruiting profiles in the industrial sector \* Personnel management and administration. \* Proficiency in pre-payroll calculations and incident integration (absences, vacations, IMSS registrations) \* Knowledge of industrial safety topics \* Willingness to relocate to Ciudad Serdán, Puebla. \* Attitude and passion for continuous learning \* Full-time \* Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or related field.
