Staff training and development of credit strategies FINANCIERA INDEPENDENCIA IS SEEKING: INDIVIDUAL CREDIT MANAGER Responsibilities: * Monitor daily branch performance (sales and collections). * Participate in credit evaluation and approval processes. * Supervise and audit cash operations, fund transfers, and movement of securities. * Coordinate and supervise loan origination activities; develop strategies to attract customers and achieve established goals and objectives. Promote high-quality credit sales to ensure loan recovery. * Train newly hired staff. * Conduct field supervision of sales and collections teams. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree. * Mandatory experience in sales, sales strategies, and collections; preferably at a managerial level in the financial sector. * Mandatory experience in personnel management. * Personal vehicle or motorcycle (desirable but not mandatory). * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented.
