




**Job Description** The Unit Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the café, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, compliance with quality standards, proper resource management, and optimal team performance. This position requires leadership, service orientation, and the ability to make decisions that drive business results. **Job Requirements** Education and Experience * **Proven experience in the hospitality, food and beverage industry** (cafés, restaurants, coffee bars, or similar concepts). * Minimum **2–3 years in supervisory or operational management roles**. * Knowledge of customer service processes, inventory management, and daily operations of service units. Skills and Competencies * Personnel management: leadership, shift scheduling, training, conflict resolution. * Customer service focus and continuous improvement. * Ability to work under pressure. * Administrative skills: cost control, cash handling, ordering, inventory, and reporting. * Effective communication and decision-making. General Requirements * Age: 26 to 40 years. * Gender: no preference (both genders). * Residence: must live in the Los Fuertes area or nearby regions to facilitate commuting and availability. * Flexible schedule availability. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily unit operations. * Ensure compliance with brand-established service and quality standards. * Manage, motivate, and evaluate the work team. * Control inventory, orders, and supplies. * Guarantee proper opening and closing procedures of the unit, as well as cash handling. * Resolve customer and staff incidents. * Meet sales targets and operational objectives.
