We are looking for a "Sales and Customer Service Manager **Job Responsibilities:** \- Manage, control, and update information. \- Enter orders and track customer invoices. \- Prepare and send shipment scheduling, production planning, and special order tracking. \- Manage and send weekly reports. \- Follow up on warehouse notifications. \- Develop and present performance indicators. \- Generate email marketing campaigns. \- Monitor deviations in customer service response times. \- Create and maintain customer and potential customer databases. \- Handle incoming calls from potential customers through to sending quotations, product catalogs, and sales terms. \- Conduct weekly routine customer follow-up calls. \- Provide professional, prompt, and friendly service to assigned customers. \- Ensure customers receive their products in the requested quantities, on time and accurately. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics. \- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role. \- Advanced Excel skills required (test will be administered). \- Strong data entry and analytical abilities. \- Experience in customer service.
