




Coordinate and supervise kitchen and service staff. Ensure excellent customer service by promptly resolving complaints or suggestions. Control operational costs (supplies, payroll, waste) and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets. Verify compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. Plan staff work schedules and shifts. Prepare preliminary payroll and submit it to administration on time and in the proper format to guarantee payments to branch employees. Manage supply inventories and place orders with suppliers. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, costs, and performance. Train team members on customer service, food handling, and internal protocols. Interview and select personnel for the team. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
