In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the industrial dining hall, ensuring high-quality food is provided and that high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the food industry and in supervising work teams. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining hall’s kitchen and service team. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations in food preparation and distribution. * Coordinate and schedule staff shifts while maintaining effective and motivating communication. * Effectively communicate rules and regulations to staff. **Requirements:** * Prior experience supervising personnel. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.). * Focus on internal customers, delivering quality service. * Completed bachelor’s degree. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Dining hall service.
