Advanced Excel, Office Suite, SAP System **(REQUIRED)**. 2 years of experience as an Internal Administrative Manager. Ability to drive standard vehicles and valid driver's license. Knowledge of Administrative and Government Procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor and manage vehicle fleet insurance policies. Process business operation licenses for the commercial area // ANNUAL PROCESS. Process various permits related to water, property tax, (ANNUAL \- MONTHLY). Handle recovery procedures for vehicles involved in incidents with relevant authorities; compile vehicle fleet files to deliver to the Administration Manager for safekeeping. Prepare statistical reports and submit them monthly and annually to INEGI. Consolidate purchase requests (stationery, cleaning supplies, furniture), manage purchases, payments, and invoicing. Make payments and/or process paperwork at City Hall, municipal agencies, CFE, automotive dealerships, SCT.
