RESPONSIBILITIES: * Installation, maintenance, and configuration of computer software and hardware. * Monitoring and maintenance of networks and servers. * Ensuring protection of company information and data security. * Resolving technical issues and assisting users with problems related to the use of computer systems and applications. * Keeping computer system documentation up to date. * Knowledge of operating systems, servers, networks, and applications (Windows, iOS, Android, SAP, Clouds, among others). * Ability to resolve technical problems. * Familiarity with system management and monitoring tools. * Experience in scripting and programming languages. * Experience in information storage and databases. * Configuring a web server to host a high-traffic website. * Configuring a high-availability database to ensure data integrity. * Identifying and resolving network issues in a multi-server environment. * Restoring a backup after a system failure. * Identifying and resolving email server security issues. * Configuring a VPN to enable remote work for employees. * Implementing security measures to protect company data in the cloud. * Automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce human error. * Knowledge of monitoring, configuration, and installation of closed-circuit surveillance systems.
