Location: Monterrey Function: Finance Sub Function: Finance \- Transactional Finance Type of Contract: Permanent Objective: Ensure proper control, analysis, and reconciliation of accounts payable, guaranteeing compliance with internal controls, incident tracking, and accurate management of supplier balances, through close collaboration with key stakeholders and a focus on continuous process improvement. Responsibilities: * Perform reconciliations between accounting accounts related to accounts payable (e.g., advances, GR/IR, open supplier balances, among others). * Execute end-to-end internal controls PTP\-14 (Open Supplier Balances Monitoring) and PTP\-24 (GR/IR Monitoring), including analysis, root cause identification, follow-up, and monthly reporting. * Track resolution of incidents with suppliers and internal users. * Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to address opportunities identified in the accounts payable process. * Serve as primary point of contact (jointly with the coordinator) for queries regarding accounts payable balances, coordinating with A\&R, Procurement, and the OpCo PtP Manager. * Support SLA/KPI compliance for the area and contribute to continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable processes. * SAP knowledge (desirable). * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * English level: Upper\-Intermediate. * Soft skills: sense of urgency, analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, organization, effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management.
