Operational planning and process control **Job Description:** **Operations Manager** with solid experience in **private security**, capable of leading teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This position requires a results-oriented individual with strategic and operational skills to guarantee comprehensive security services meeting client expectations, aligning both personnel and technological resources under a unified vision of control and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational staff assigned to your area. * Develop and implement training and capacity-building programs. * Manage materials, uniforms, and equipment required for operations. * Achieve the ideal service coverage percentage. * Address and follow up on client needs and requirements. * Supervise and follow up on administrative and field operational processes. * Implement directive and corrective actions when necessary. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct periodic follow-ups and evaluations of operational staff. * Lead, evaluate, and train operational staff (guards, supervisors, and coordinators).
