




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle—including sourcing, selection, hiring, and onboarding—to ensure timely coverage of open positions in CDMX. Free cafeteria service **Location:** Mexico City **Work Mode:** On-site **Salary:** $12,000 MXN monthly (take-home pay) **Pay Schedule:** Biweekly **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Benefits:** Statutory benefits + free cafeteria service **Position Objective** Execute end-to-end recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding for Twin Peaks Mexico units in CDMX, ensuring timely vacancy coverage with candidates aligned to the brand’s operational and cultural profile—while maintaining quality standards, service excellence, and a strong sense of urgency. **Key Responsibilities** * Posting and managing job openings across multiple recruitment channels (Indeed, social media, local job boards). * Operational recruitment (field and office) for restaurant positions. * Resume screening and initial competency-based interviews. * Conducting in-person interviews and candidate follow-up. * Compiling and validating hiring documentation. * Coordinating contract signing and system onboarding. * Executing onboarding and initial orientation processes. * Monitoring new hires during their first days (onboarding experience). * Maintaining and updating Excel databases. * Reporting and analyzing recruitment KPIs: time-to-fill, fill rate, early turnover, effective sourcing channels, etc. * Providing direct support to operational managers with an internal customer service focus. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * **6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience**, preferably in retail or restaurants. * Experience conducting competency-based interviews. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (databases, filters, basic pivot tables). * Familiarity with and ability to track **recruitment KPIs**. * Availability for fully on-site work in CDMX. **Soft Skills & Competencies** * Strong sense of urgency. * Results-oriented mindset with emphasis on candidate quality. * Organizational skills and punctual follow-up. * Clear and assertive communication. * Internal customer service (management and operations teams). * Resilience in the face of operational turnover. * Proactivity and multitasking ability. * Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly targets. * Ethics and confidential handling of information. **We Offer** * $12,000 MXN monthly (take-home pay) * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits * Free cafeteria service * Job stability * Comprehensive development and learning in Human Resources processes If you have operational recruitment experience and seek professional growth within a rapidly expanding restaurant brand, this opportunity is for you.
