Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Providing excellent service to our internal and external users. * Analyzing existing portfolio processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. * Developing strategies to automate operational processes, thereby delivering agile and efficient service. * Ensuring accurate application of bridge loan repayments, as well as disbursements from various funds including FOVI, Borhis, SHF, and Fidere. * Establishing clear and precise administrative controls, strictly adhering to applicable regulations. **Requirements:** * Professional Education: + Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (certified). + Fields: Accounting, Administration, Systems. * Skills: + Teamwork. + Results- and objective-oriented, with focus on short-, medium-, and long-term goals. + Leadership. + Customer service. + Stress tolerance. + Decision-making. * Years of Experience: 2–3 years in the banking sector. * Areas of Experience: Portfolio management, Accounting, Development and promotion funds. * Other Requirements: Familiarity with APOLO, ALTAMIRA, ORACLE, SICA, SAPSOA, and Visual Pro systems.
