





**WE ARE HIRING: UNIT SUBCHEF / MOCHOMOS PUEBLA** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the preparation of menu dishes, ensuring presentation and quality of ingredients used * Follow procedures and recipes, as well as implement new changes or modifications to preparations * Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized before, during, and after shifts.
