




**Profile:** We are looking for a professional with solid experience in continuous improvement, process analysis and redesign, capable of leading operational efficiency initiatives, documenting procedures, and working cross-functionally with different areas of the organization. **Experience:** Solid experience in process analysis, design, and optimization (Lean, BPMN). Proficiency with diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi). Data analysis for identifying inefficiencies. Development of manuals and procedures. Management of small improvement projects. Knowledge of process indicators. Usage of enterprise management systems. **Responsibilities:** Design and redesign operational processes to optimize efficiency. Create complete documentation of procedures and manuals. Lead the implementation of new or modified processes. Conduct root cause analysis of process issues. Identify and quantify improvement opportunities. Train staff on executing standardized processes. Actively participate in process compliance audits. Measure and report KPIs for assigned processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure process integration. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
