Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the achievement of production objectives, ensuring resource availability and appropriate staffing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of production objectives 2. Personnel and resource management to prevent production stoppages 3. Compliance with quality guidelines and audits A) Supervise and coordinate the achievement of production objectives related to repair, painting, and logos. B) Maintain an appropriate staffing level to achieve objectives. C) Ensure availability of appropriate resources (personnel, tools, supplies, materials, utilities) to prevent production stoppages. D) Implement internal labor regulations. E) Accurately record attendance of subordinates in designated logs, and review and authorize payroll records generated by the repair controller. F) Manage pallets subject to customer audit, including presence during the customer’s audit process. G) Comply with BPM and ISO 22000 requirements.
