




**Profile:** We are looking for a professional with solid experience in continuous improvement, process analysis and redesign, capable of leading operational efficiency initiatives, documenting procedures, and working cross-functionally with different areas of the organization. **Experience:** * Solid experience in process analysis, design, and optimization (Lean, BPMN). * Proficiency with diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi). * Data analysis for identifying inefficiencies. * Development of manuals and procedures. * Management of small improvement projects. * Knowledge of process indicators. * Experience using enterprise management systems. **Responsibilities:** * Design and redesign operational processes to optimize efficiency. * Develop complete documentation of procedures and manuals. * Lead the implementation of new or modified processes. * Conduct root cause analysis of process issues. * Identify and quantify improvement opportunities. * Train staff on executing standardized processes. * Actively participate in process compliance audits. * Measure and report KPIs for assigned processes. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure process integration. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement. * Minimum 4 years of experience. **Skills:** Analytical and synthetic thinking, process-oriented mindset, initiative, problem-solving, and effective communication.
