Join us...!!! **Job Description** We are looking for Floor Managers / Head Waiters with experience in the restaurant industry. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operational supervision of the restaurant * Opening and closing shifts * Billing and payment collection * Inventory management and payment control * Staff coordination (teams ranging from 15 to 33 people) * Customer service and handling of cash **Technical Requirements:** * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Knowledge of sales strategies, team supervision, and problem-solving * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in the restaurant industry **Candidate Profile** * Age: 25–45 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Marital status: Unrestricted * Education: Completed high school (preferred); experience is valued over academic qualifications * Excellent leadership, clear and effective communication, results orientation, and teamwork **Skills:** Effective communication Customer interaction and service Analytical and numerical ability Results-oriented Conflict resolution **We Offer:** $12,000 monthly salary. \+Tips (based on sales and performance) Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Experience: * Floor manager: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
