Operations Assistant Manager: Responsibilities: * Supervise and control daily activities within distribution centers (CEDIS) * Experience managing Inbound/Picking/Packing/Outbound/Returns/Inventory areas. * Planning and coordination of distribution routes, ensuring on-time deliveries and optimal logistics costs * Implementation and monitoring of KPIs * Inventory management, ensuring product availability * Personnel turnover control * Strategic and operational decision-making * Implementing improvements in logistics processes * Coordinating activities with corporate departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, among others, and aligning operations with company objectives * Leading and developing the operational team under their supervision Skills * Leadership and management of high-performing, multidisciplinary teams * Planning and organization * Problem/conflict resolution * Effective communication * Data analysis * Administrative management * Working under pressure * Experience managing teams of more than 80 employees * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing distribution chains in warehouses (dry goods logistics) with facilities larger than 20,000 m² * Experience in transportation management Education * Completed Bachelor’s degree, diploma or proof of graduation (Administrative/Business or Engineering); **initial salary depends on this requirement.** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (verifiable) * Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems * Intermediate English language proficiency Schedule Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday We offer: Weekly payment (no probationary week) Statutory benefits from day one.
