**Comercializadora Ragón**, a leader in the sale and distribution of candies and confectionery in the Central-South and Southeast regions of the country, is seeking your talent as a **Logistics Accountant** (logistics division managing our land units such as: rabón, torton, trailer, etc.). **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with experience in logistics/operational areas. 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions Age 35\-45 years Previous leadership roles, supervisory or managerial experience required. **Responsibilities:** Lead the accounting and financial team, establishing work plans for this team. Record and supervise daily accounting transactions related to **logistics operations**, freight, transportation fees, fuel, fleet maintenance, among others. Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations with **logistics** suppliers and customers. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports specific to the logistics department. Implement strategies to reduce logistics costs by collaborating closely with the operations department. Monitor fluctuations in transportation costs and propose financial adjustments or route changes. Manage invoicing for logistics services to customers and ensure timely collections. Issue and supervise correct invoicing procedures.
