Handle customer requests received through digital platforms 2. Register data for all customers 3. Follow up on quotations 4. Confirm payments made by customers 5. Perform customer account setup 6. Enter e-commerce customer orders into the Power Street system 7. Prepare corresponding shipping labels 8. Track package deliveries 9. Follow up with e-commerce customers for repeat purchases via VI for local clients 10. Analyze and propose shipping costs according to the authorized rate table 11. Attend scheduled monthly evaluations by the Sales Supervisor 12.
