The Branch Manager position requires: \- Education in business administration, business management, or a related field \- Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial roles. \- Experience in supermarkets, retail companies, or perishable goods businesses. \- Demonstrable experience in driving sales results Key responsibilities: \- Manage company personnel to ensure proper operational performance of the branch. \- Develop the sales plan based on the annual/semi-annual marketing plan. \- Continuously train and motivate operational staff and department heads. \- Coordinate and supervise service to corporate clients and address their needs. \- Address and resolve all complaints raised by each client. \- Provide ongoing feedback to operational departments to improve operations, sales, and customer service. \- Conduct monthly evaluations of staff performance against established objectives. \- Prepare monthly reports on results and resolved complaints. \- Supervise compliance with Customer Service policies. \- Coordinate and verify adherence to established security plans. \- Review daily sales and/or consumption of food and beverages. \- Supervise daily inventory control of raw materials required for optimal operations. \- Ensure maximum utilization of raw materials while minimizing waste.
